The APBs have been reporting errors with security cameras all over the city. No doubt it's part of DaVinci's master plan. If you spot any rewired camera's, SMASH 'em up good will ya?

He is a crafty one, I'll give him that. Somehow DaVinci managed to hack an entire batch of flying Artificial Police Bots (APB). He's using our own police force against us! That's lower than low. We've gotta stop 'em. Fly over to the park and show 'em we aint gonna back down!
